PICO UNION PROJECT
Building community that feeds the mind,
body and soul

MISSION STATEMENT

Pico Union Project is a vibrant cultural center dedicated to embodying the Jewish principle of “loving your neighbor.” We are committed to fostering community health, resilience, and revitalization in the Pico-Union area of Los Angeles. Housed in LA’s oldest synagogue, we strive to be a beacon of light and equity for all.

WHERE WOULD THE FUNDING GO
Community change is a process the demands the participation of the entire
community. We depend on the generosity and goodwill of our neighbors, foundations, elected officials, businesses, and people like you.  Together we can build our city of
Angels, on a foundation of love, justice, and opportunity, one person at time.
Alone we are strong, together we are stronger.
